1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of qubyte.mv, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

qubyte.mv provides the following IT services and solutions:

  • IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management
  • Systems integration and software development
  • Cloud services and solutions
  • Cybersecurity services and consulting
  • Network setup and management
  • IT support and maintenance
  • Data backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Digital transformation consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Maintain security of access credentials and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable IT and data protection laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate licenses for all third-party software used in conjunction with our services
  • Regularly backup data unless explicitly included in our service agreement
  • Provide timely access to systems and information required for service delivery
  • Use our services and systems in accordance with acceptable use policies

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by qubyte.mv. Clients may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written permission. Any software provided as part of our services is licensed, not sold, and is subject to the terms of the applicable license agreement.

5. Data Security and Privacy

We implement reasonable security measures to protect client data. However, no system can guarantee 100% security. By using our services, you acknowledge this limitation. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. Payment Terms

The following terms apply to all payments:

  • Service fees must be paid according to the payment schedule in your service agreement
  • Recurring services are billed in advance of the service period
  • Project-based services may require an initial deposit with milestone payments
  • Late payments may result in service suspension and accrual of late fees
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement
  • We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and digital payment methods
  • Pricing for ongoing services may be adjusted with 30 days' notice

7. Service Level Agreements

Our IT services are provided in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) specific to each service. These SLAs outline performance metrics, response times, and resolution commitments. SLAs are provided separately for each service engagement and form part of our service contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

qubyte.mv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services directly related to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Maldives. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malé, Maldives.
